The old and former schoolhouse can also be rented in its entirety. It is an ideal place for festivities with family or friends. The house offers space for eight to a maximum of ten people. A dinner together at the long table, a nice chat in the manor room, a glass of wine in front of the fireplace or long evenings by the mill pond – arrive and feel at home.
The modern, cosy and yet elegant furnishings give guests the feeling of being at home immediately. An optimal division of the rooms allows you to use the house individually. Each of the five sleeping wings consists of an independent flat with bathroom, dressing room and partly an anteroom. The garden, with direct access to the pond and its own forest, leaves nothing to be desired – a dream for humans and their four-legged companions!
The “altes Schulhaus” consists of a cosy holiday flat which offers space for four people. It is equipped with a cosy kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The elegant main house, the so-called “Belle Etage”, offers space for up to six people. Of course, the whole house can also be used and thus accommodate up to 8. The elegant Baron bedroom has a gallery with another xxl bed. This area can be used optionally, after consultation and for an additional charge. The spacious garden with its pond and direct access to the forest is at the guests’ disposal. A dream for guests and their four-legged friends.
The schoolhouse is only too happy to be booked for family celebrations or even just for a long weekend. In the summer months it is preferred by our regular guests, who usually enjoy the peace and discretion of the Jaegerthal for 10 – 14 days.
Please note that the school garden and the mill park, with direct access to the weirs, are not suitable for children under 12.
The mill pond is always fed with fresh and flowing water from the Schwarzbach, so it is because of this that we have virtually no mosquitoes here in the Jaegerthal. So you can enjoy your stay in the garden or directly at the pond, even in the evening, undisturbed without pests.
Dogs at Domaine Jaegerthal:
Well-behaved and socialised dogs are welcome guests in our guest houses, after consultation. In order to avoid conflicts with other guest dogs or their owners, please indicate the number and breed of dogs travelling with you when making your reservation. Please understand that in our holiday flat “Ott” and in the “Bel Etage im Maison d’Ecole”, we only accept one dog at a time. Exceptions only after consultation!

Please understand that the rental price and the final cleaning, when using the whole house differs from the single occupancy FWO “Ott” and “Bel Etage”.
In particular, the main house, the Bel Etage, is used much more than for single occupancy.
